BENEFITS OF OUR TAKE HOME TEETH WHITENING KIT
We only supply quality Australian made Pola Day Whitening Gel. Pola Day has a neutral pH teeth whitening formulation that can achieve your desired whitening effect in as little as 30 minutes a day, over a 5 to 14 day period. It contains fluoride to remineralise your teeth and protect them against tooth sensitivity.
Teeth can be lightened up to 3 shades whiter. Of course, results will vary for each patient.
Your custom teeth whitening trays will be made locally in our onsite dental lab in Maylands by experienced Dental Technicians.
Your custom trays will be ready for collection within 5 working days so you can get started on your whitening journey!

IS TEETH WHITENING SUITABLE FOR YOU?
Be assured our team will examine and determine if you are dentally fit for teeth whitening during your check-up and scale & clean appointment (in some situations x-rays and treatment may be required and this will be an additional cost). They will discuss your current dental health and give instructions for safe and effective teeth whitening. You can also ask any questions you may have, no question is too silly! Only patients who are deemed dentally fit will be able to proceed with the Take Home Teeth Whitening Kit offer.
Please keep in mind teeth whitening is not suitable for everyone (under 18s, pregnant people and certain dental situations).

CUSTOM TEETH WHITENING TRAYS
Made specifically for you in our onsite dental lab by experienced Dental Technicians.

1 X POLA DAY TEETH WHITENING GEL
A quality Australian made teeth whitening gel. As a guide (but not definite), one tube when used for 1 x 30min a day (upper and lower) treatments should last for approx. 9 days. Generally patients see results within a few days and the maximum continuous use recommended is 14 days.
As everyone’s situation is different, additional tubes can be purchased for $35.

Valid for ‘check-up and scale & clean appointments + $110 Teeth Whitening Kit’ appointments booked and attended between July 6th and September 6th 2023. Offer not to be used with any other offer. Offer can only be claimed once per patient in 12 months. Patient must be deemed dentally fit by our clinicians, in certain circumstances this may require additional treatment or investigation including x-rays at additional cost. Includes 1 x Pola Day whitening gel only. Payment is due on the day of appointment. We may decide to extend the offer at our own discretion.
